after much thinking I have decided to go for the LEF mix as a multi-vitamin and also will be adding 5-loxin.

LEF mix? Why choose that one? To me, it's one of the worst formulations -- way overboard for several vits/minerals.

A couple of other stomach things you can try, if you haven't already: DGL (enzymatic therapy makes a chocolate flavor one which isn't that horrible tasting) and manuka honey. I'm not sure if manuka is a great idea long term, but for occasional use it may be fine.

I recommend not getting a digestive enzyme with cellulase in it. What's the point?

alright, I think I will switch to AOR's Multi Basics instead. What other digestive supplement do you recommend sill?

I have to say the liquid berry supplement is really yummy. took 2 teaspoons today. I am gonna put them in my morning shake

i now have some buckwheat flour. I'm gonna get a bread maker and start making my own bread :laugh:

any one have any ideas or have prepared hos own bread before

what oils do you guys use for cooking?

I was thinking high oleic sunflower oil and/or red palm oil.

ingredients:

5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tablespoon manuka honey
