Vimmortal 1.0 had 1mg of Lithium (as Lithium Orotate). Members seemed pleased with this amount.

Is there any recent research or rationale to change the amount of lithium for Vimmortal 2.0?

I think the 1mg used in Vim 1 is a good amount.
