Anyone here have experience taking the two of these together? I have both supps right in front of me...any thoughts on safety, efficacy, etc of taking resveratrol and pterostilbene alongside each other? Seems like it could be great

I've been taking both for about 2 years now. No interaction issues. Difficult to say whether there is any synergy.

Hi guys, I also took both together for a year or so. Just faded out the Pterostilbene for price reasons though. Have a few gram of that stuff in my drawer, but am too lazy to cap it in the small capsules :) Not sure if I felt a synergy. Both Resveratrol and Pterostilbene definately did something. I just started Resveratrol again and noticed again it's mood enhancing effects. It definately does something on the Serotonin system or through other pathways. Currently I'm using approx. 200mg sublingually 3 times a day.
