So, here are the two supplements that have had a noticeable effect on my mood and slight depression.

ALCAR, for sure for energy.
TMG, this one did the trick. It really just made me feel... better. Just started taking more pleasure in the activities I do. Not any kind of dopa feeling of pleasure.
Also taking Uridine and Fish oil. They aren't apparent; but, I think they have some "background" effect.

I had depression & social/general anxiety for about a decade up to around January-February of this year which is when I started the see significant improvements. About a month prior to what I'd consider the inflection point in my general improvement I had started the following regime:

Magnesium glycinate 450mg
Lithium orotate 10mg
Bacopa 1g

which was added on top of my previous stack of:

Piracetam 1g
Centrophenoxine 250mg

Additionally, I'd begun mediating ~30mins around that time as well. I attribute most of my recovery to philosophical changes that came about through the assistance of mediation and that stack (especially Bacopa which is what seemed to give me the most benefits to my mood).

My current stack is:

ALCAR 500mg, every other day,
Noopept 15mg, every other day
Piracetam 1g
Aniracetam 500mg
Lithium orotate 5mg
Bacopa 1g
B-Complex
Vitamin D 1000 iu
~15mins Meditation

Right now I'm trying to improve my mental flexibilty, creativity, initiative, and curiosity; for those, I'd say noopept helps the most, but I'll soon be adding hydergine in a week or two to see how that works.
