i can't find a good nootropic guide with corresponding half life.

Well you can look for half-lives for most of cases on wikipedia, just look for the compound and here you are. If you don't find it, you can google that and find the information.
Some half-lives for instance that I know :
Picamilon - 30min
Piracetam - 4h
Phenibut - 5h
Noopept - 30min but metabolites are said to last up to 3-4h
Oxiracetam - 8h
Aniracetam - 3h
Sulbutiamine - 5h

We could build a database here so that it's easier to find. Just post your nootropics and their half lives.
