Will my skin tone really improve if I drink 100 grams carrot juice (approx 15 mg B-carotene according to the Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment ) and 100 grams tomato juice (approx. 10 mg Lycopene) a day? Has anyone ever tried this?
And is it better to add a little fat (some nuts or olive oil) for a higher bioavailability?
