Any Eu sources? I found this "modabank" but only bit coin payment. Anyone gone through the hassle? Is it safe to do?
rupharma.com (they should ship most stuff from the EU if you live in the EU) but you'd probably use bitcoin there as well.
As far as bitcoin one thing you can do is transfer money to various big sites where you can buy coins. One I have used is kraken.com which you can use a SEPA transfer to put money into. It is basically a bank, or actually a bank, so your money/coins would be in their hands. (Some other alternatives you store the bitcoin on your computer, but of course you could still transfer it over to your computer all the same if you wanted.) Verification process shouldn't be too hard if you only want to transfer small amounts, you'd need to put in your name, address and maybe a few other things and it might take a day or so, plus transfer. Then you just buy bitcoins there, and when you transfer coins as payment you figure in the small fee (which will show once you proceed, and so you can change the amount up if you need to cover it).

There might be simpler ways, or more anonymous ways than using kraken, only reason I started with that one was it had reasonable fees compared to some local companies a few years ago (and it doesn't have insane amounts of verification like bitstamp did).
