Took noopept and, unusually, felt like crap. I always take my noopept with alpha gpc in the morning. In the midst of feeling like crap, I added a lecithin capsule, and felt a "little" better, I am still congested and lethargic, but my throat doesnt feel as sore. Something much less severe has happened before, where I really thought I was getting sick when I started noopept, but realized my malaise was due to the fact that I did not add a choline source.

What is going on? I could very well be getting sick, but I want to rule out a choline or noopept issue (if so, would be a SEVERE one) first. Right now I have some nasal congestion and a "tingling"/soreness in my throat, coupled with little energy and poor ability to focus on work.

Drop alpha gpc and remain lecithin ,try lecithin at morning or at nigh and racetam at evening until you found sweet spot of choline dose .

Why you try noopept ,and how you react to Piracetam ?
