A piece of advice regarding Chinese chemcos - DO NOT start business by sending them money by Bank Transfer (Wire).

I lost $200 USD in July 2012 to a bad bank transfer. BTs don't have verification of funds received nor is there any recovery if something goes wrong.

Always try to negotiate PayPal (unlikely) or Western Union (90% accept it even if it isn't listed in the pricelist) first.

PP and WU are both traceable and recoverable.

Isochroma -
How is WU recoverable? In my experience WU is a completely irreversible payment system. Once the payment has been picked up, you have absolutely no way of recovering that money back via WU.

True. But at least you know the payment was received.

In my case the receiver denied receiving any payment. And there is no way to tell with BTs.

With WU they can't deny receiving the payment. That is the biggest problem.

But your bank can also do a trace to see if funds were delivered to a bank account successfully. I once tried to make a bank wire payment to a company based in India. My bank (chase) paused the wire, called me and said that they had multiple complaints about that recipient. They asked me if I was sure if I wanted to proceed. I wonder how widespread that practice is?

My bank offered that too but:

1. It costs an extra $20
2. He told me that there is still no assurance that he can find out where it went.

I lost the $200. I couldn't get it back. So that's the result of BT.

That's why I say PP is safer than WU which is safer than BT.

So if starting, negotiate the PP protocol first, then WU, then fallback to BT.

I don't have time to continue this discussion as I have to do today's pricelist updates.

Sure, no worries. It would be so less stressful if they'd just accept paypal.

Indeed. I lobby each one for that, and that's what the Preferred Suppliers Only tables above the Piracetam and Oxiracetam main tables are for.

If you look in the Payment column you will note that all the preferred suppliers have PP there - they take PayPal.

As of version January 6.3, 2013 of the Racetam Prices list [Mirrors: Jabry | Royal Web Hosting | racetamprices.info] a new mirror has been added {racetamprices.info} thanks to lifebuddy on this forum.

Thanks, lifebuddy!

Three mirrors is enough for now.

This is a great list, and thanks for sharing. I came here because I couldnt find Piracetam on Amazon anymore. Do you guys have preferred sellers for Piracetam you would recommend? The list is substantial!

There are smaller "Preferred" tables for Piracetam and Oxiracetam.

They are above the main tables for each one, respectively.

After an extended leave of absence due to criminal legal process filed against me and simultaneous loss of access to my home, I am now halfway back on my feet - having spent virtually all of February in a homeless shelter unable to access my home. I now have a stable home with half my gear moved and half still stored at the shelter.

Legal process is still moving against me and the results of the coming trial are unknown.

Life has become a horror and I have barely survived until now.

I have decided that if I am forced into prison for a crime I did not commit then I will stop intake of both food and fluids until release by the State or death [7-10 days with no water].

The Racetam Prices list [Mirrors: Jabry | Royal Web Hosting | racetamprices.info] list has been updated as of today to March 3.5, 2013 - adding many new Phenylpiracetam suppliers including one who will be selling a kilogram for only $2000 including EMS fee.

Due to the potential of total loss due to the legal process, I am requesting volunteers who are both willing and able to update the list at least 1-2 days per week to reply in this thread or PM me.

Hi everyone ;

I'm new here but i read posts on this forum from time to time and i wanted you all to know that i tried a racetam vendor from this list : Jessie <jessie@xzmychem.com>.
I paid throught WU and never had anything shipped to me nor any reply by email.

I just wanted you all to know that he is not to be trusted.

And the price he proposed me was higher than the one in the list, althought not very high.

If you want to i can provide the mail discussion i had with him, 'till he stopped answering.

Kind Regards to everyone

Could you provide the mail discussion to us? Tell us how much you pay for which weight...
What kind of shipping service did you ask him to use for your parcel? Did you ask for tracking, did he provide you tracking information?
It's strange that he's even trying to sell you piracetam because if you look at his website the company seems to be specialized in producing plastics : http://xzmychem.com/

As of March 5.1 Jessie <jessie@xzmychem.com> is now removed from the Racetam Prices list.

For those with less appetite for risk I suggest you buy from vendors (at least for Piracetam and Oxiracetam) listed in the Preferred Suppliers Only tables.

They are the shorter tables above the main Piracetam and Oxiracetam lists.

The preferred vendors all accept PayPal which you can use to get your money back, and most have been tested or otherwise verified by me personally.

You can still get really great deals on PIR or OXI from them too.

wait what? what are you being accused of? why can't you access your home? halfway reading through that, i was thinking you sound like you're gonna kill yourself...then i read that that's what you're planning to do, by dehydrating yourself to death?

These last days I've been using my skills with Chinese chemical companies to get prices on a new product - Potassium Cyanide. It cures what nothing else does and today I've finally got the low prices I need.

As for my story, here it is:

1. About Feb.6 there came a knock on my landlady's door (I rented a room upstairs).

2. I heard the characteristic sound of police digital walkie-talkies outside.

3. The landlady let them in the front door. My door upstairs was locked and my lights were out (about 9:00pm).

4. They came upstairs knocking asking to talk to me and I said nothing and made no sound.

5. They did not have a warrant (or they would have said so and busted in), so I waited for some hours for them to go away.

6. Finally at about midnight I spoke to them through the door, asking about the warrant.

7. They replied that they had no warrant and I told them I would only open the door if they had one physically present as required by law.

8. It took them until 3:00am to get a warrant from a JP in Burnaby (the Victoria JPs were asleep).

9. When they had the warrant I unlocked the door.

10. Four big men were there and I was cuffed and taken away in one of their cars to the station.

11. There I learned that one of my longtime friends had accused me of verbally threatening him (I had never done so). There were two counts under section 264.1(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada - later I learned that the Crown decided to pursue both charges summarily rather than by indictment:

264.1 (1) Every one commits an offence who, in any manner, knowingly utters, conveys or causes any person to receive a threat

(a) to cause death or bodily harm to any person;

(b) to burn, destroy or damage real or personal property; or to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that is the property of any person.

Punishment

(2) Every one who commits an offence under paragraph (1)(a) is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

12. Any confinement longer than 30 days would mean loss of my home and all property due to disability funds not dispensed to persons in confinement, thus rent would not be paid and tenancy lost, possessions disposed of by landlord.

13. Worse, I was given the choice after the arrest of staying behind bars until trial or signing away my rights (a bail contract with thirteen terms - including one not related to the charge).

14. The lethal term in the bail contract was that I could not have contact direct or indirect with my own landlady (she is not involved in the actual charges and we never had any tenancy problems - the Crown added it to my bail contract as a 'precautionary measure'). I was also not allowed to approach closer than two blocks to my home at her address.

15. When I signed the contract I was released crying in the middle of the late night and my lawyer found me a homeless shelter. I could not go back home, I could not pay the rent, or even get my lawyer or anyone else to pay it or contact the landlady (contact direct or indirect). Violation of any of these thirteen conditions has two consequences:

1. All my property was put up as surety for the bail since I had no cash to pay it (equivalent cash amount: $500 CAD).

Violation of any term of the contract means confiscation and sale by the Crown of all of my property.

2. Violation of any term of the contract also means re-imprisonment until trial (2-7 months) - also means loss of income and tenancy.

3. Violation of any term of the contract results in a Contempt of Court trial - an entirely separate charge - that I would lose.

All this is based on one person's word that I said something to them - no recordings, no witnesses, nothing. I have no previous criminal record either. It could happen to anyone.

3. I am on Disability Level II due to severe autoimmune and chronic wasting disease and have no driver's license, vehicle (except a bicycle) or friends to help. It has been a nightmare but one term of the contract allows me with police escort to get my stuff. It was beyond difficult to co-ordinate rescuing my property from a tenancy that was paid until only Feb.28 but I managed by a miracle of coordination that was only made possible by maintaining my Piracetam and Pramiracetam dosing (the first items I retrieved with police escort).

4. I lived for almost all of February in a homeless shelter full of hard drug addicts, alcoholics and the insane sleeping four to a room with 50dB fan noise coming in the window from rooftop fanstacks all night. Five days into it I got sick with a bad cold which I still have (first sickness in 2 years) due to being surrounded by sick people and without my supplements.

5. I have no cellphone or mobile device and the computer room at the shelter was closed most of the time making finding a new home very difficult (craigslist, etc.) - finally forcing me to choose a home very far away - Saltspring Island.

6. Now I have moved myself and 1/2 of stuff to Saltspring Island with the owner's truck - having to explain the situation to him.

7. It's a vegetarian-only household (the landlord's requirement) but I need to eat fish otherwise my skin cracks and bleeds all day and I can't think. So I have to carry the cans of salmon and sardines off the property to eat them. Can't afford to use fishoil + protein bought separately so I have to eat the whole fish and currently have $47 to live on for the rest of March.

8. March 23 is my 35th birthday.

9. I developed a Plan B when the situation was getting very desparate at the shelter - suicide. I purchased the main component of it - a carbon monoxide generator - just days before the end of the month and finding my new home. I returned it several days later for a refund.

10. As of today I am extremely sick with the cold plus my chronic fatigue and severe arthritic pains in every joint. Sleep quality is improved relative to the shelter but I've lost so much that it's still not replaced.

11. Already underweight at 135lbs on my 6'2" frame, I lost another 5lbs in the shelter due to bad food and stress/sickness.

12. My conditions include a stringent curfew: I must be inside my dwelling - not just on the property - between 11:00pm-6:00am. If my bike breaks down or somesuch as a ferry/bus is late during my travels (now necessary to buy essential supplies due to lack of availability / high prices on the island) then I may not get inside my new home by curfew. The police have already checked once at the shelter. Violation of this term is pure Mens Acta - there is no need to prove I intended to violate it or was purposely negligent (Mens Rea - guilty mind) to violate the contract, only that I was in violation of it. Like a parking ticket but with horrible consequences.

13. When I submitted my new tenancy contract with address to the bail officer in Victoria, he said to my horror that their office does not serve Saltspring Island. My new office is in Duncan, 60km away and no transit bus gets there by their 4pm closing time from Victoria. I took a Greyhound bus up in desparation which cost me $21 and took one back at the same price. Luckily I told them and they arranged for me to meet a bail officer on the island on March 5th. I have to constantly meet them every week or so and if I don't arrive on time or miss one appointment then I am in violation of the bail contract.

The salesladies' emails change often. In this case their entire domain vanished so I will remove them from the list.

80% of the time though it's just salesperson churn.

To verify, go to their website and click Contact or find out from their website 'frontent' what the new email is and send to that email.

Remember also the magic PP in the Payment column - it's PayPal. And PayPal has Buyer Protection - it even works for private sales not on eBay - so long as you choose Goods when sending and write in an accurate description of said goods in the Comments form in case you need to dispute. If the product don't arrive for any reason at all including Customs seizure or it does not match the description you wrote in the Comments during the payment process then you will get your money back so long as you file within the 45-day time limit.

I've just been emailing Soyoung Bio and they're requesting that I don't write anything in the Paypal description for the Piracetam I'm buying. Have they ever said this to you?

This is word for word what they said:

Also, pls kindly note when you pay paypal, pls do not leave any message about product name on paypal, even your shipping address will cause our paypal account being checked, because in our country, paypal do not allow chemical medine trade, so pls just pay, it will be ok, will thanks for your understanding and kind attation.

I'm not liking their suggestion very much because there is a decent chance that my package might get seized by customs as piracetam is prescription only here and is a restricted import. Customs have also been getting stricter in the past few months, searching more and more packages from suspicious countries (China being one of them) so there is an even higher risk ATM.

Do you think I should just write a description anyway or will that piss them off?

Yes they have. It is a bit riskier that way, but they lost their old PayPal account because somebody wrote something illegal.

Technically, PayPal's rules are that they cannot be used for payment for drugs - of any kind.

Remember though, your PIR package from any supplier can be seized - so the only potential loss to you is the funds for one shipment.

I have never had a shipment lost - including the ones after they switched to their new PayPal account and no-write-the-name policy, but I take it you live in Australia where PIR is prescription only.

Soyoung will write you a custom label!

She told me about it in my last order.

My last batch came in as "L-Theanine".

So if you're worried about seizure just ask for their custom label.

As of version March 19.1, 2013, the Racetam Prices list [Mirrors: Jabry | Royal Web Hosting | racetamprices.info] is now finally divided into sections.

For any racetam, where there is more than one supplier selling the same quantity (say 100g Pramiracetam for example), that section of the table is divided from the rest by black horizontal bars, and the prices are now grouped from low to high for each sized quantity (secondary sort). Sometimes for clarity even if there is only one seller per size but the context makes clarification necessary then a bar will be added anyway. The rules about bars are soft because the bars are intended to make discriminating between product sizes and/or size-blocks easy so they are context-sensitive.

Sorry I didn't do this earlier - it makes choosing a supplier so much easier now that the prices are listed according to size:

I don't normally post anything but changes to the structure or additions of entire categories to the Racetam Prices list here but today's revolutionary additions as of version March 22, 2013 warrant it!

I received the most amazing email today from Season [TrustWe Group]: Finally a trustable supplier who takes PayPal - hover your mouse over the PP link on the Payment column to see her PayPal address on the actual page - has in stock and will shortly have in stock revolutionary Racetams with prices that are cheap enough for everyone to afford!

The newly-released Racetams are: Phenylpiracetam, Sunifiram, Unifiram and Coluracetam with prices that are revolutionarily affordable - with assurance of superfast delivery by fully-trackable EMS [Express Mail Service] and money-back guarantee by PayPal!

Phenylpiracetam is IN STOCK NOW FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT.
Coluracetam will be in stock halfway through April 2013. [DARK PURPLE COLORED TEXT IN TABLES INDICATES FUTURE STOCK]
Sunifiram is IN STOCK NOW FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT.
Unifiram will be in stock halfway through April 2013. [DARK PURPLE COLORED TEXT IN TABLES INDICATES FUTURE STOCK]

Here are the new additions to the Racetam Prices list, including the first seller for the entirely new category of Raceram: Unifiram.

Below is just an image of the new additions - this forum will not allow proper insertion of the entries without mangling them.
The actual text and links are on the page itself so please go there to find out more - click the table below for details:

Posted Image

Coluracetam is a highly active and very potent nootropic with doses of 10mg (typical) as found by forum members from ScienceGuy's test samples.

Sunifiram and Unifiram are extremely potent nootropics with doses of about 5mg per 150lbs.

The racetam titles at the top of each table are linked to their respective Wikipedia entries. Click to find out more about them.

Sunifiram. They sell 10g for only $85. 2g for $38.

Oh my god, OK, thanks for telling me that!

Wonder if they have a COA?

For Sunifiram they're a good deal considering the MOQ so I will add them to the RPL today.

By the way, I suspect that both NSN may have used my list to arrange a supply for resale.

That is the other half of what the Racetam Prices list is for - to help resellers get a supply and prime the market.

It's not just for end-users - so I'm happy that NSW has obtained some of this potentially excellent material for sale :)

On their site they've provided both a HNMR-test and a HPLC-test. At first I thought this sounded fishy, as they're a retailer offering better prices than a supplier (T&W Group), because T&W sell 10g for 248$. Then I looked at T&W's price per 1kg, which is $1566 ($1.6 per gram) and realized that New Star Nootropics' price per gram at 10g was $8,5. So, they potentially get a huge profit off of this, if buying large quanta from T&W ...
