Anyone know how to make Chicken Curry? The Chinese take out kind?

Anyone? I love eating this stuff and can't get enough, It's one of those foods that make you feel healthy, strong, and very aware but it gets expensive and I often pick out the peas and carrots in favor of the spicier vegies so as not to dilute the spice. When I'm done eating the meat, I smoothie, it and it would make a great everyday vegan breakfast I'm thinking.

Ideally I'd like it to look like this:
Lots of white onions
ginger (a generous amount that won't overwhelm the rest of the flavor)
chicken
garlic
red pepper
Chinese curry spice (I think it's called yellow or malay as opposed to the indian types)
whatever other spices are generally added to the take out varieties


Maybe someone can make me a custom recipe?
