I am not sure if a decent multi even exists. For women, they may be better off looking at children's multis, if they are okay with a small amount of iron (as most seem to have it). For men... everything has flaws. I think people are better off just using chronometer and supplementing what they are deficient in (or changing diet). And this may be blasphemy, but I think if you plan to take a multi, most people would be better off just buying a centrum or one-a-day, breaking the tablet in half, and taking that every other day or something. Too many multis are megadosed, or contain 'extras' that are sketchy. Even the 'good' ones like MultiBasics aren't ideal -- choline may not be safe (theoretical CVD risk), some of the Bs are a bit too high, etc.
