I'll be logging my experiences on the use of noopept for about 30 days starting today!

Day 1:
Multi vitamin (tab)
10-15mg noopept (1pm)

The stuff just arrived and had taken some - 1 hour later, got some homework done without realising the boredom it would usually bring... Realised i just sat here and shut up and did my work, no complaints at all!
But no real effects which was outright noticeable, did notice a bit more perception in sight (almost like auto focus on my eyes when i just stared at an object but no wow factor visually so far). However, when i first took it, first 30 minutes, i did feel a very light pain in my head, not as bad as a general headache but some very strange pain in the head (not crippling pain though, very bearable). BTW, i consumed the powder by putting it under my tongue and let it dissolve as well as gulping quantities of water minutes later as it was bitter as hell!!!! Also it smelt sort of off, like a mushroom/feet...

(May take another scoop later for update)

So still on day 1, I took another dose (15mg) at 9 pm - hoping to saturate my brain on it first then maybe switch back down to 10-15mg daily.
Obviously it hasn't given me any sort of boost as far as brain performance goes but i guess i am shattered after my day today of work (physical workout and mental work (maths)).

I'm actually contemplating on purchasing some choline Bitartrate because initially, within the first 30 minutes of taking some Noopept, my brain experiences a gentle yet noticeable pain as explained previously but after, it sort of disappears - hence, i'm able to type this post!

Does anyone know whether it would be beneficial for me to take Choline Bitartrate - Am i missing anything by not taking it?
Also, I've heard that Pramiracetam gives a more noticeable boost for brain performance but i also hear that the headaches are sort of amplified as well.... anyone know?

*As I stood up the first time after sitting down 1 hour ago, my brain sort of felt like it was going overdrive - everything i looked at whilst moving about stood up became more apparent than usual - almost like it was trying to define what everything looked like in a bit more detail! No recall improvements yet though*

Will give you more infomation as it happens (Time for my light bulb in my head to switch off now)

Day 2:

Last night I slept at 12:15 am, but this morning woke up at 6:40am automatically - my 5 alarms on my phone didn't even go off at all, in fact I could have slept another hour usually and still feel tired, however today, within 30 minutes of waking, I was awake! So from what I can tell, even within one day, taking 20mg the previous day, it accumulates/saturates the brain for quite a while... Now as far as insomnia, I don't think I had any because I actually slept with a clear mind so no dream at all, which is quite strange because before taking this, I usually dreamt of driving super cars and other unholy things ;)

7:34am : multivitamin, 15mg noopept (sublingually)
No dramatic effects again but slight pain in the head (just slight discomfort) - however whilst at work (I'm a part time postman so quite a long cardio) 2 hours on, I notice that my physical exertion was probably at 80-95% of my usual speed yet I wasn't gasping for major air at all (this may be from the multivitamin as it has b12 with 2500% rda), in fact it was a very calm stroll...usually at the start of my journeys as a postman, I would sort of stress that I have at least another 4 hours till I finish and get home, but strangely today, the thought was in my mind but no real stress, just a relaxed postman doing his job at a sublime rate! I also noticed that whilst working my vision seem to be a bit better (the colours didn't necessarily shine brighter at me, but I was sort of indulged by boring colours of red brick walls etc) also my sense of hearing did also have an improvement, I could hear voices/sounds from further away (like my ear was slightly amplified at 110%).

2:45pm: 100mg caffeine tab
3:40pm 15mg noopept
It would seem that the effects of noopept are more potent in the mornings when you are refreshed from the previous nights sleep because after my second dosage, I did complete some Chinese work but the memory recall wasn't as intense as the morning - there are hints of exhaustion from today's work, but apparent nonetheless because I did do quite a bit of work for 1 hour straight...

Now that I've spoken about the exhaustion, I would like to mention that noopept almost feels like a choline muncher (like a car chugging on petrol)... Basically what I'm trying to get at is that after my work, it was noticeable that the effects were beginning to linger and dissipate at 2pm due to the reduced levels of (forgot the name of the substance that the liver converts from choline sources) in my brain. Hence I've purchased some choline bitartrate at its pure powder form, 100g of it. I'll be basically eyeing the levels of it because the people that sell it recommend 500-1000mg... I'll just use the micro scoop given from the noopept and take a few huge heaps of it... I'm guessing it'll still be below the recommended dosage so no harm is done! (I've searched online, and the pre made tabs/pill versions are too expensive for what you get.

Another thing is noopepts effectiveness seem to be diluted or not as effective when swallowed orally, from the feelings I notice, taking it sublingually, the effects do seem to reach my brain a bit earlier, within the first 10 minutes whereas in the digestive system it takes anywhere from 20-50 minutes for me to feel anything...

(I may take another dose later today to get an overall dosage of 45mg, if not a tad less!)

Day 3:

7:41 am: Multivitamin, 15-17mg noopept

Overall not a good morning/afternoon, woke up feeling tired and 1 hour and 15 minutes after consuming the supplement, i began working (postman). Somehow i made a load of mistakes whilst posting but my visual clarity and sense of hearing was like yesterday - so improved.
Positives was that i felt more sociable, i could start a conversation much more easily (though i somehow giggled for no real reason -- just joy i guess)...
BUT i did get irritated by my work partner very easily, didn't feel like he was in sync with me whilst posting and sort of unimpressed at him just in general!

Will take another dose later (its only 3pm)
More info. updated later!

I did not take another dose i i was experiencing a kind of crash symptom most likely by the caffeine and exhaustion from work earlier yesterday so i thought it would be unproductive in taking the dose of noopept anyhow...

Like i said, the crash symptom was a huge headache that was probably caused by the pause in caffeine usage as well as long hours of watching online tv shows!

Day 4:

Multivitamin, 15mg noopept at 10:21 am

Did some homework till around 12pm, then took 5g of creatine, largely for increased workout/bodybuilding purposes!

More info. later! ;)
