regarding my plan:
For food, I eat:
1. raw fruits
2. raw vegetables and roots
3. raw nuts and seeds
4. spring water or filtered water
5. extra-virgin olive oil (2 tbs)
My supplements:
1. D3 from mushroom-supplement ( yes, D3)
2. K2 from natto-based supplement
3. Brewer´s yeast
4. B12 methylcobalamin
5. Omega3 (EPA & DHA) from Opti3 algae-based supplement
6. L-carnosine
7. L-carnitine
8. Taurine
9. Astragalus extract for telomere elongation
10. Milk thistle (silymarin) for telomere elongation
11. Turmeric for cancer prevention
12. Resveratrol for sirtuin-activation
My exercise:
1. running on mat (30-50 min/ day)
2. hatha yoga 1 h/ day
