I got two quotes from for Ciproxifan. The cost is high; but, if anyone is interested I'd chip in if I can. I'd like to feel fully awake and aware. I got a quote from Trust & We:

Hlaf life is 5 hours and the best dose is I think 80 mg.

Don;t know about you guys; but, I;m just being interested in being fully in the moment. Reading a book and understanding word for word.

Guys after some time passes and I'm finished with the IDRA and BPAP group buys I'll start this.

I will be going after Pitolisant. It has the same effects as Ciproxifan, is easier to synthesize and has a better pharmacological profile. Also doesn't lead to tolerance as Ciproxifan does. I already have a quote for Pitolisant; for a very large amount; but, the price is a little on the high side.

Some of the other compounds have shown QT prolongation. Pitolisant is already headed into Phase III for FDA approval for narcolepsy ADD, and Parkinson. Meaning it has shown a good safety profile. I'll open a new thread once all the other group buys have taken place.

Because histamine modulates DA and NE in the PFC. In this case the inverse agonism at the H3 receptor releases more histamine and leads to modulation of DA and NE in the PFC. Exactly how requires more reading.

Too much. There are currently too many group buys and funds have mostly been exhausted. We're going through PRL, NSI, IDRA, and BPAP also C16 at the moment which is quite a lot.
