Hi,

could anyone recommend my an Omega-3 brand which would go well with AOR Basics 3 multivitamin?

Another question: Is the retailer bodybuilding.com alright to buy supplements?

Best bang for your buck I found, tested pure by an unaffiliated party is Carlsons super Omega-3 Gems.I bought mine on Iherb.Good site,terrible customer service.
