What’s the downside (if any) is it to drink every meal? And hear me out... What if I buy fruit- and veg. powders? And just mixing it in with some whole grain flour's and just drink every meal?

It sure will make eating healthy easier (at least for me). If I could just say to myself: "shut up and drink up". I always crave something unhealthy before a meal. So after I drink my mix, I will be satisfied for a while.

And ofc. I could add some nuts, and such for snacks.

Any feedback?

To add: I will get my proteins from oat flour, hemp powder and quinoa flour. - I will get every essential amino acid.

There shouldn't be any downside as long as you're getting both your macro and micro nutrients right. There might be some digestive issues and adaptation but from anecdotal evidence of people who go on liquid diets (as long as 6 months) there doesn't seem to be any issue. Finding a good fruit and vegetable powder might be difficult tho. You should look into juicing, it's the samee concept but uses fresh foods. You could probably blend in quinoa or something for protein or even add in some protein powder, theoretically it could work but you'll get bored of it in my oppinion.

A problem with juicing for me, is that i live in the most expensive city in the world (no kidding). And fruits and veg barely exist.

If i juice, I would pay about 20 dollar per meal (about 15 Euro).

Thanks for the feedback btw smile.png

15 euros per meal !!! wow and I thought Bordeaux was bad.
I pay 6 euros for fruits and veggies per day more or less.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I like this concept. I take a superfood powder that is just amazing, along with a magnesium powder, Maca, and I blend other nutrient dense food in their also. I am a huge believer in Chinese Medicinal Herbs. I just don't feel the need to eat anything else...but I do feel obligated.

Coffee or Tea would reduce Iron intake. If that's your thing.
