Bump for any other alternative supplements apart from racetems/drugs are there any herbs/supplements which can aid in focus, energy and concentrating ?.

Other than Fish Oil, Vitamins and Minerals what alternatives such as herbs can be used ?.

Cheers,

First, do not fear piracetam. It is remarkably safe and has fewer side effects than many herbs.

My favourite combo for focus and concentration is taking piracetam, fish oil and ginkgo biloba, and then brewing a large cup of loose leaf green tea to sip on. The focus level I get from that is great - apart from focus and clarity, it also provides a nice little mood lift.

Rhodiola rosea tends to increase energy and acts as a stress resilience supplement in some people, but it does not improve focus or concentration ability, at least not in me.

Acetyl-L-carnitine boosts energy and helps cognition.

Oh also, the CiLTEP stack is based on artichoke extract and forskolin, so it is mostly herbal.

I find that strong rooibos tea helps clear my head when I'm having a hard time focusing. Decaf coffee does the same -- the benefits of coffee aren't just from the caffeine, there are other compounds in there that enhance brain function.
