I wish to better control the kind of amino acids in my diet and their amounts, as I am very sensitive to some of them and require more of others. What I'm looking for are tables showing specific foods and the averages of amino acids (the make-up of the protein) within them. I've seen a few of these before but I've looked long and hard using google with very little result.

Thanks for any help :)

CRONometer has amino acid data for most foods, just customise your amino acid targets for how much you want and it'll tell you if you're getting the right balance.

CRON is preferred.

When I need to google something for a nutrition profile, I use self.com. Like, site:self.com blueberries

IMO, the presentation is better at Nutritiondata.com
Ex. milk: http://nutritiondata...g-products/69/2

Although I see now that cron has many other useful functions aswell.
