Hi guys,

Do you know of any 'easy' way to measure my circadian rhythm. I'm guessing the best way to do this would be via taking my temp either every hour or every few hours. However if I have to wake up to take my temp every couple of hours it will be very disruptive to the actual circadian rhythm and not exactly ideal - If this is the only way, I'll go for it.

You guys are increadably inventive and I'm hoping someone can come up with a smart way to do this.

On the note of changing there are obvious therapies - melatonin, bright light, chronotherapy... However is there anyway to maximize the returns on this.
