Initiative is a huge problem for many. The sense that you want to do something instead of being compelled to do it. Is this normal? or is it more of a disease? This pdf talks about frontal lobe disease, which makes me believe it is not normal. If someone has not initiative that person in my view has a problem with prioritization and frankly living life.
