Not sure what you wrote. If you are suffering with a depressive disorder:

Each drug should be trialed for 4 weeks. If there is NO improvement by then discontinue. If there is some continue to six weeks. If you are in full remission by then woop. If not use an adjunct or combination.

Sertraline up to 200mg if that doesn't do any good
switch to mirtazapine max 45mg
still no magic add in bupropion max 450mg
Still no magic discontinue all drugs.

Start meclobremide max 600mg
still not working add in lithium to plasma level 0.3 (about 900mg/day split into three) or 0.5-1.5um t3.

CBT, behavioral activation, mindfulness, exercise etc is going to play just as big a part in your recovery.

With more information I can give much more useful information (the above is just a standard treatment possibility) and I would be happy to do that either on this thread or via PM.
