As far as I know, there are three major options available, the Methuselah Foundation, Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence, and the 2045 strategic social initiative.

Which one should I give my money to and why?

SENS or MF, because they are rational and doing good science. 2045 is focused on uploading your consciousness into a computer... That's not a very useful near term (as in the next century or so...) solution to the problem of aging, and I don't think it will result in anything useful for a very long time, if ever.

I think it would be good if donations were divided among various groups, like e.g. 30%s to Methuselah Foundation, SENS and Longecity itself, which orgs represent biological longevity promoting, and the remaining 10% to the more exotic endeavours, like the types of the third on your list. But this of course depends on one's general view and notion on longevity.

I personally would form a trust and donate it too promising scientists individually. Donating it to an organization means you are paying an administrators salary etc etc....too much red tape...progress is too slow in groups.

Such a tactic will never yield any beneficial technology or discoveries. Such a juvenile and futile attempt at immortality.
