I've been researching all of these routes and am lost as to which ones I should give a shot.

I am currently experiencing brain fog, depression, trouble concentrating, anxiety, and fatigue. What would be a good routine to start with?

I have tried alot of the racetams, and I have tried CILTEP, from what I have experienced I suggest going with the racetams. Try one racetam and see how it goes.

What have you done to narrow down the cause of your symptoms? I.e. before you start experimenting with self-medication, see a doctor, possibly a psychiatrist and get their opinion on the matter.

And get your thyroid checked out from a doc specialized in it (tsh lab test is not enough).
