I will be starting Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) soon and I have been using Noopept for about 4 months now, I was just curious since the NHS probably won't know much about nootropics if they will interact in anyway? or if the effects of HRT will be effected by taking nootropics (mainly noopept but might be taking piracetam in the future). I do not know which anti-androgens and estrogen medication I will be taking yet so unfortunately I can not provide that information. Also if someone does know a lot in this area are there any specific HRT medication to avoid with nootropics.

Thanks.

Not if they are bioidentical. Non bioidentical would be synthetic hormone analogues like prednisone and premarin.

There shouldn't be any problems. Racetams don't affect the endocrine system.
