Hello,

Suggestion:
The "mental health" section on this forum is great, but the suggestion is what about having a "Mental Health Tutorial" section or feature.

- People could write and view tutorials and guidance regarding mental health and the body. Such as improving the brain's dopamine for example.
This would not only greatly help and involve current members, but would also greatly improve the traffic to the forum from search engines.
