Hi guys,
May you please give some tips by saying which amino acids, certain products (food,dark chocolate,etc) that help boost the brain while under sleep deprivation .

Hi
I've suffered a lot of sleep deprivation, due to stimulants, wakefulness agents, insomnia and other problems.
The cure:
High intake of Dietary CHOLESTEROL right before sleep.
This stimulates melatonin-release naturally, in a way vastly superior to melatonin supplementation.
Easiest method: Just eat 100-300 g shrimp before bed. Fish eggs (Roe) also work remarkably. Eggs doesn't seem to work as well.
To further facilitate sleep induction: Magnesium, Green vegetables, Meat, 5-HTP.
You may be skeptical, but give it a try. It's definitely worth it.
