I thought people in this community would really benefit from this ted talk.
I posted the link in another thread and my benefits so far without porn, but I hope this talk is seen by more on here.

Agree with this, I'm on day 67 out of my 120 day reboot. I really makes a big difference. The first 30 days are the worst, then it becomes easy.

I've seen lots of compelling research and anecdotal evidence to support the fact that porn does *something* to rewrite your brain. Our brains are so mold able that basically everything changes neurons.
