The amount of manganese in that supplements is dangerous.

"In Greece, there is a high prevalence of neurological symptoms in those exposed to water manganese levels of 2 milligrams per liter, which suggests as little as 5 milligrams per day of manganese may be able to generate neurotoxicity.
Children whose drinking water contains 0.8 milligram per liter of manganese score lower on tests of intellectual function. Children whose drinking water has 0.6 milligram per liter are prone to hyperactive behavioral disorders.
[...]
It appears that even normal dietary levels of manganese verge on toxicity. Supplementation at the level found in multivitamins has no known benefits and very real risks. Potential manganese toxicity appears to be a good reason not to take a multivitamin."

That stuff has 60mg of manganese. Say hello to Parkinson's and/or Schizophrenia. If you take it, stop taking it immediately before causing serious damage.

Instead, give SAMe, curcumin phytosome, chondotrin+glucosamine a go.
