Probably a stupid question, but if I’m taking a supplement sublingually, does it matter whether or not I take it with food? The ones I usually take are sam-e, phenylpiracetam, noopept, carnitine, and l-tyrosine. Thanks!
Best way to take supplements such as noopept and tyrosine (empty stomach, food, lots of water, etc.)
