Supposably sudafed is a nasal decongestant which contains Pseudoephedrine which is stimulant metabolite off epehdra. Pseudoephedrine increases noradrenaline and dopamine.

 

would sudafed be dangerous to take with pristiq since pristiq is an SNRI
