Hi all,

Sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong area, I'm not sure what to post it under.

What are your thoughts on using a fan for white noise as a sleep aid?, I sleep under a stair case much like Harry Potter and the circulation is really bad. There's also a small window which leaks heaps of traffic noises (heaps of bikeys in my area) and I can't sleep even with earplugs. I used a fan last night and it helped heaps. (I also dosed up on Doxyalamine too though).

However, then I start overanaylsing things and thought about the EMF the fan is emitting and that could possibly disrupt my brain gains? I have the fan close to my head, and it's a big old box retro fan.

Any reassurance/advice would be very much appreciated!

Fan boy for Lyf,

Pallas
