Hi All :)

I'm new to the nootropic world, and i was wondering if any experienced members could help me with a stack and see if there's any confliction or any suggestions on changing anything in the list. The following stack's goal was to increase focus, mood, energy, and fat burning.

L-Tyrosine

Oxiracetam

ALCAR

Choline Bitartrate

Green Tea Extract Powder

Uridine Monophosphate

Resveratrol

Forskolin

Aniracetam

Artichoke Extract

Each supplement will be planned on taking twice a day, one at 7 AM and another at Noon.

Any suggestion would be really helpful :) I know a few of these products have great synergy, but since i don't know a great deal about everything the react with or synergize with, it would put my mind at ease if someone could go through and make sure it would be ok.

Thank you! :)

Replace L-Tyrosine with the N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine,
Replace Choline Bitartrate (which is not very bio available in terms of neurological functioning) with either GPC Choline, CDP Choline or Centrophenoxine. Personally I prefer CDP (also called Citicoline),

Add in some Artichoke Extract 5% and a B vitamin complex containing the Methylcobalamin form of B12 and the Methylfolate form of B7 and I think you've got a winner!

You might want to cycle you Oxiracetam, as one can develop tolerance to it; however, there are others who support continued long-term use of the compound as it could eventually lead to long term potentiation ( LTP) of your nicotinic receptors.

Do your research on that and decide what's best for you.

PS: Make sure you're getting the necessary amounts of your macro-minerals Calcium and especially Magnesium. A huge proportion of people in 1st world countries suffer Mag deficiency. I suggest a chelated (bound to an amino acid) form as this is highly bio available. Magnesium Glycinate, Mag L-Threonate or Mag Taurate at all good sources with added benefits depending on the particular amino acid used.

Sorry, I missed that you had included the Artichoke.
Don't forget that while Oxiracetam is water soluble and thus should be taken on an empty stomach, Aniracetam is fat-soluble and thusly should be taken with food. Some high DHA fish oil capsules could help to ensure Aniracetam's absorption, while also working synergistically with the Uridine Monophosphate you have.

Sorry to be a bother again :P

But would you consider this as a decent replacement for adderall for the treatment of ADD? ( or Slow Cognitive Tempo, if you believe in that)

I take Adderall, Aniracetam, Choline Bicarbonate, and Caffine- theanine as of right now, and it works really well, but i would really like to not have to rely on a amphetamine to help me get through the day. I was hoping that this new stack would be a good replacement for it.

I have been searching for an adderall replacement myself for ten years now, and sadly nothing but other narcotic psychostimulants can compare to its efficacy.

The closest that I ever personally got was a combination of Adrafinil, Phenylpiracetam, Bromantane and copious amounts of caffeine.
I try to stay away from L-theanine as it gives me killer brain fog. It does work for others though.
Pramiracetam and Fasoracetam make a pretty potent combo as well.

Do not misunderstand me though, these combos never came close to giving me the neurofunctionality that Adderall does.
