How common is irritability on CR?

Just wondering. Because I often feel irritable when I eat less.

Animals on calorie restriction displayed higher levels of physical activity compared to normal intake controls, but activity is not the same thing as irritability...unless you are forced to work with the bureaucracy :)

Mild calorie restriction on the other hand , especially in people without diabetes who manage their blood sugar levels for hours, shouldn't be associated with irritability. If you are experiencing that, you are taking it too far.
