Hi,

I took Dr Braverman's brain test and I seem to be a tad low in acetylcholine and serotonin. He recommends Mucuna Pruriens, Huperzine A, Ginkgo, Phos Serine, Piracetam, etc.

Can Mucuna Pruriens, Huperzine A, Ginkgo, be taken long term? Does Ginkgo cause cancer or strokes?

I am 64, a male, in good general health.

I'm getting the whole herb of Mucuna Pruriens and will be starting on 1/4 tsp a day for  a week, and increasing it to 1 tsp a day or more.

I'm hoping these will increase my muscle tone. I've lost muscle over the years for some reason. Even going to a gym doesn't seem to put muscle on me, and I eat animal proteins and take whey protein.

Mucuna Pruriens & Huperzine A do the same thing, so I think they should be taken separately and not on the same day, or dosed carefully due to their similarity. Is that right? Is Ginkgo a good mate for Mucuna Pruriens and/or Huperzine A?

TIA for any input.

Lukey
