I have not read the whole thread, however, here are my suggestions.
Take a fairly normal body cream and add creatine powder to it as to the point where it becomes a little bit sabulos. Then you have the first simple version of a superb peeling-like anti-aging cream, which works against photoaging and which vitalizes keratinocytes etc.
some circumstantial evidence:
Lenz H, Schmidt M, Welge V, Schlattner U, Wallimann T, Elsasser HP, Wittern KP, Wenck H, Stab F, Blatt T. The creatine kinase system in human skin: protective effects of creatine against oxidative and UV damage in vitro and in vivo. J Invest Dermatol. 2005 Feb;124(2):443-52.
Imagine what might happens if you add some DMSO..;-).... :-)
I did, or rather a compounding pharmacy which I asked to "invent" me a creatine-based creme.
Actually, I always wanted to make busines out of this simple creatine face peeling-creme-thing. But I did not mange to do so...because I am/was to lazy. If anybody takes this idea and is going to become rich, you might grant me some percent of the profit...;-), eventually
I use this cream for > 3 years now as a 43 y old male after rasage instead of the usual aftershave gel..... I have the impression that it does somthing, however as a scientist I would love to have systematic trials.....
Some companies are investigatin creatine too and there are creatine products out there. The above paper was co-written by Beiersdorf-staff..
