As far as I know, the dose of a specific nutrient needed for the treatment of nutritional deficiency depends on its concentration in the organism. But what is the formula utilizing concentration in the organism for calculation of the therapeutic dose?

I think that there are too many variables to devise an exact calculation (hormone interplay, diseases, stress, exercise, ect.). Your best solution would probably be to get complete blood panels routinely and see what the effects of different tweaks (dietary tweaks and supplements) have on your blood results.
