Does anybody know the absorption percentage of quercetin on its own? Like, if I take 1000 mg of quercetin, how much of that is actually absorbed?  The Micelle Quercetin site says that the 10mg dose is equal to 850mg, does that mean if I take 850mg I absorb only 10mg of that?  How much does bromelain help?

Anthony,

I think an encapsulated preparation would be better if or when you go into regular production.

It tastes like damp cardboard and the doses don't seem to be consistent.

Since the headache has gone, I have noticed my sinuses to be clearer but that could simply be due to less pollen in the air (its winter in Aus).

I haven't noticed any other changes yet, I'm going to increase the doses tomorrow; one in the morning, onr in the evening.

Its probably cheaper to use the empty capsules like I do. Its funny you mention the sinuses. I stopped taking my Zyrtec about 2 weeks ago at the same time I started taking 6 pumps and so far I've been fine but normally I would be all kinds of sneezing and burning eyes by now. Im not prepared to say this is helping with that just yet but I am wondering if maybe it is.

Hi Mike,

if folks on this board see that there is some benefits, then I will have these encapsulated much like what we do with the Micelle Curcumin. I appreciate the feedback on the liquid Quercitin. At this point however a capsule dose, is still up in the air, and with the feedback here it will certainly help us narrow down the appropriate dose for a capsule, if it appears like the liquid appears beneficial.

Thanks again everyone, I appreciate the time you are taking to consider if the product is a decent one.

My well ran dry this morning so it looks like my trial is over. It may have helped with my allergies but I cant be certain of it as its only been about two weeks without the Zyrtec.

Thanks for the trial,  Anthony!

If you have a summary that you can email me or IM me on your experience and thoughts, that would be great.

How much did you use each day?

I will send it to you. I am going to buy one off your site and continue for another month to see if my allergies stay the same.

What would it take/cost to have blood levels of this vs the regular stuff checked to see if it really is as high as you think? Do you think you could get enough donations to do it?

Suggestion:  If you encapsulate I have been doing 6 pumps a day.  Perhaps 60 pills a month so those who want to cut that in half (3) pumps could take either two or one pill.  I will send you my review Tuesday.  My wife is now taking it and I forwarded it to several friends.  Can we get on auto ship?  Thanks Anthony.

Hi Guys,

Time for another update; my wife and I have gone from one pump to two and this week to three.

We found a general reduction in inflammation  and less lower limb pain at one pump taken in the morning, but a terrible two day headache stating on day two and gone on day four.

We started the next week with one pump in the morning and one in the evening and found our sleep patterns were disrupted but not quite what I would call insomnia; on the plus side we had a slight improvement in our night vision and our overall energy levels seemed to improve.

This week we went to three pumps a day all in the morning and our sleep patterns returned to normal pretty well straight away.

Our night vision has improved over the last week, the blurry glare I have been experiencing from street lights and car headlights has gone much as it did in the early days of my N/R experiment; I'd like to say that my overall visual acuity had improved but it hasn't.

Our overall energy levels have improved and our legs are not as tired at the end of the day as they usually are. One thing I didn't notice but others did, is that my walking speed has  very noticeably increased. I had noticed that I wasn't puffing after walking up a long hill which I do every day at work and have been for the last six months, its not a training effect as this has only changed in the last week.

Unfortunately, we have tree trimmers working on site for the next six weeks or so and both of our sinus' have become inflamed as they have been removing  and chipping toxic plants and weeds so our faces look inflamed again, although prior to their arrival the swelling in our faces had noticeable decreased.

That's all for the moment, next week four pumps.

Mike

Glad to hear it benefits you. If your benefits dont improve after more than 3 pumps then maybe 3 will be the magic number for you. I was going to buy a bottle and continue the trial but I decided to wait and see how my allergies do without it. Its been 12 days now and I am still fine so I think maybe it didnt really help with the allergies after all. I think whatever I am  allergic to isnt in the air or else I'd be having symptoms by now.

I'm just realizing that I stopped checking in. I never posted any pictures. I didn't experience any improvement in complexion or skin quality with long term use, just an increase in energy and attention. I've already taken alot of p53 activators for a long time, including megadosing powdered onion capsules and probably wouldn't see much further improvement. But the energy levels when I take this stuff are definitely worth noting. I've switched to periodic 7 squirt doses on an as needed basis.

Oh and if I didn't mention it, it improves the efficacy of other products when added to them for inverse psoriasis when applied after showers.

YOLF sounds interesting.  Age has a lot to do with skin blemishes and I suspect the older you get the more observable impact.

It's definitely worth paying for if quercetin is effective for you. I've used this in a variety of ways with great success.
