Hi,

 

What should one take with melatonin to make it increase its effects?.

anything chemically melatonin  related?...

 

 

magnesium?

Valproic Acid.

 

It upregulates MT -receptors and improves sleep-quality. It's mostly used as an on and off -thing though, unless you've got Bipolar and are taking Agomelatine at the same time.
