In terms of telomerase activators, what gives the most "bang for the buck"?

Astragalus contains cycloastragenol as well as many other compounds which might be helpful.

I can buy 3 months worth of Astragalus extract for 1/10th the price of cycloastragenol or epitalon, thus wouldn't it make sense to just buy the astragalus extract and use that instead?

I am still in my 20s and if I have any senescent cells it's probably only a minute amount. What I'm interested in is slowing down how long it takes before my cells become senescent so I can go into my 30s without the issue. I am not interested in spending 100s of dollars a month on some weak compound, though.
