I have been an on and off user of Sertraline for many years due to an unidentified illness. I believe I am close to cracking this illness, Sertraline helps me greatly with my memory but causes me dangerous side effects, I suspect one or two of these receptors is responsible for my positive improvement and I want to try medications that target each receptor individually and then perhaps mix and match.

I am wondering does anyone know how to target any of these receptors individually by using a medication? I am hoping to target just receptor A without adding a whole load of new receptors e.g. target 5-HT2C without  targeting 5-HT1A

Here is its binding profile:

SERT            2.8

NET             925

DAT             315

5-HT2C       2,298

α1                188

M1               427

H1               6,578
