My full plan for next month would be a mix of all of this:
- Strict ketogenic diet
- Intermittent fasting (for 21hrs/day)
- Calisthenics and barbell training (every 2nd day)
- Meditation (+20min/day)
- Microdosing (~10ug every 2nd to 4th day) and ~5mg Methamphetamine one day after for neuroregeneration
- Semax (400ug/day)
- Probiotics
- Mineral and vitamin supplements
After half a year of searching for ways to extend human potential, I got to this point...
- Is there anyone here who did something similar?
- What could one expect?.
- Would there be anything useful to add or edit?
