Well, I got them on my list now:
  • Ketogenic diet
  • Meditation
  • Intermittent fasting
  • Stoic thinking
  • Removing added sugars
  • Exercising / Calisthenics
  • NoFap/NoPorn
  • Cold showers
  • Microdosing
  • Usage of nootropics (Semax, nasal Noopept, NSI-18-9)
  • Using vitamins and mineral supplements
  • Drinking applecidervinegar with lemonjuice and salt after every meal
  • Writing a journal

Is there anything else that could impact your mind or body in a positive way?

Keep your joint flexibility, that's important. You want a flexible spine, you don't want tight hamstrings and bunched up toes, shoulders stiffened by overdoing the muscular aesthetic.

Consider yoga not because you want to become a pretzel, practice regular, sustained asana and pranayama to learn to control your breath with your movement. Breath awareness and breathing control on the yoga mat naturally carries over into everyday life. Your mates or your boss or your lover are stressing you out -- you'll learn to control runaway stress by deepen the exhales, elongating the inhales. Breath control sounds so simple it seems silly to even mention it. But if you'll only learn to slow your breath, it'll change your whole life.

Also practice yoga for increased body awareness. From your toes to the tips of your fingers to the top of your head, you learn asana to become more intimate with the body you're carrying around here in space. Intimate body awareness is an art you may cultivate through a lifetime, it helps you in myriad ways. As you more become conscious of your body, for example, one of those ways means when something goes wrong, you know. You know your own bruises, you know which leg is longer than the other leg, you know why the right hip is tighter than the left, you understand that this knee is sore for a very specific reason, and that second toe is on your left foot is changing the gait of your walk through time.

Obviously yoga ain't the only way into more acute body awareness, but it's a good one, and it's available just about everywhere nowadays. We must live within these bodies of ours for hundreds, maybe THOUSANDS of years (we hope) so we might as well become as intimately acquainted with our respective machines as possible.

And that includes regular allopathic doctor visits, blood tests, open wide and say ah, and diet consciousness, how many calories did you feed your lovely hominid machine today, did you hit RDAs, were you short on Vitamin B12 or D or magnesium? Is a ketogenic diet really the best way forward for increasing odds at achieving longevity escape velocity?

And then there are the teeth. And the eyes. Skin protection. Bone health. Keep ligaments and tendons and cartilage and muscles strong, supple and flexible. Wear sensible shoes. Listen to great music. Moderate psychedelics. Stay off the streets of Caracas at night.

humans unlike animals for the most part need a variety of things to do daily in order to live a fulfilling life. So its just not one thing daily but multiple different things repeated to progress effectively.

Unlike most animals, people require a varied schedule of activities in order to feel fulfilled. Therefore, effective advancement requires not only doing one item every day, but rather doing a variety of things on a regular basis.

Dry fasting (2x24h/week)

IF the other days (16-20h)

Short and intense weight training sessions (40mn with plyometrics/powerlifting style, 3x/week only) + 1 climb sprint session (15mn only, no warm up needed at all)

Keto (1-2 carb refeeds/week, no gluten at all)

IR sauna 1-2/w

Goes totally naked under the sun, never use sunscreen, never use sunglasses, never burn.

black coffee x 4-5 every day when I don't fast

Iodine 25mg/d + MB 20-25mg + ca-AKG + Indium 10mg, boron, K2, niacin, 10-12g glycine/day...

 

57 Years old, 7 to 8% BF (all Year long), 15 years younger than my metabolic age on my Tabata scale, 10 Years younger on the EPI-age test. No pain/no joint pain, very good sleep and good energy levels.

 

...all of this is mostly Siim Land based (+ also August Dunning, Mark Sisson and Jack Kruse for many important things...). Works perfectly for me.
