Hi,

The goal here is to maximize longevity. I am aiming for the maximizing of NAD+ pool, activation of Sirtuins, PARP 1 and telomerase. This includes all closely related genes and enzymes. I also want to prevent dementia or any cognitive declines, so brain health is very important.

I will be trying to get back into university for more degrees after accumulating funds for them. Will plan to enter for a math degree in the UK and a biochemistry degree there after, and will enter into anti-aging field; this is set because I want to truly have my fundamentals before I get back to college - I don’t want to waste another university life. So I will want to have a long life ahead of me so that I can catch onto the proper anti-aging advancements in the future.

Made this post merely as a sort of a blog for me to keep track of my changes and my rationales for them.

Currently here is the first version of my regimen and routine. Feel free to critique, debate and change.

Morning:
No meal
(simple intermittent fasting to maximize AMPK, sirtuins, NAMPT)

Noon:
With breakfast,
