Hello all.

I am starting law school soon, and want to get into the most productive and consistent lifestyle I can during this time.

Having tried pira, ani, and oxi racetam I've decided that I like them very much, but am unsure what to take when, for example, do I take piracetam or aniracetam in the morning for my lecture, or do I redose in the evening for studying....etc.

WIth the racetams, I am taking a greentea\resveratrol supplement, nordic naturals fish oil,  Alpha GPC 300mg, and half a serving (3 pills) of Vimmortal multi, which gives me slightly less than another 300mg of choline. Is this too much choline for about a gram of pira and\or 600mg oxi and\or 750 ani? If i redose racetams later in the day, I usually only take one or two vimmortal for choline. I also haphazardly add vinpocetine, L-glutamine\Glutamic Acid to this mix, but NEVER consistently (part of the problem I want to rectify).

I am thinking about switching up the Alpha GPC with CDP, which I tried before and did not like, and possibly adding ALCAR to the mix. What do you guys think about this regimen?

In the afternoons I take revgenetics resverotrol and I like it. I try to exercise once or twice a week with my busy schedule,  mostly cardio, as I am naturally pre-disposed to high blood pressure.

I want to achieve some sort of consistent effect with my stack, which honestly has been illusive. Sometimes 1 gram of piracetam will make me feel lucid, focused, and capable of processing and internalizing difficult concepts, while  other times it will make me feel foggy and lethargic. Going up to 2 grams or going down to ~500 mg  (or ~200 mg oxiracetam) also helps sometimes, which I find weird.
Concurrently, I am also trying to find some consistency in my diet. I am ~150 pounds at 5'7, and I am either overweight or skinny depending on who I ask, but deep down I know that my love for eating unhealthy food will hurt me in the long run with heart problems or obesity. I am almost 24 years old, is it too early to start some form of calorie restriction? The issue of diet is complicated for me as studying makes me voraciously hungry.

Basically, I am asking the wise men of this forum to help me put together a solid regimen for the rigors of law school.

thank you!

Hey Victor

Welcome at longecity!

I'm a law student myself and actually I'm only getting serious about my stack shortly before exams.
Currently I'm just hearing lectures so my basic stack would be:

AM
1200mg Aliud Pharma Piracetam
100mg resveratrol sublingually
500mg Vitamin C
2400 IU vitamin D
1mg Vitamin B12
500mg ALCAR

Midday
1200mg Piracetam

PM
15 mg Zinc
100mg Magnesium Chelate
200mg L-Theanine

Will be adding PQQ and Uridine soon.

I'm also practicing (currently just mild) CR.

This was my "off season" stack. A month or so before exams I would use a less conservative stack, like:

50mg Noopept x 3 times a day
750mg Oxiracetam in the morning alternating with 100mg Modafinil
250mg CDP Choline
500mg ALCAR 3 x a day
750 Aniracetam in the evening

I just rediscovered a nice little stack which I currently utilize to do some reading:

3g L-Tyrosine + 33.8mg P5P + Vitamin C

You do not need to worry too much about choline. You will most likely notice when you get to little by getting headaches when using too much Piracetam. Too much choline makes me depressed and uncomfortable. I just use as little I need to get to the RDA recommendations and I'm fine with that.

Did you consider taking Resveratrol in the morning? It can interfere with sleep.
Good luck with your studies! Are you studying in the States?

Hey Cephalon,

I wanted to tell you I appreciate your input on this site. Everytime I search you seem to have posted some great information on one of the threads I'm looking for. You definately seem to know your stuff.

I'm newer to nootropics (have been lightly experimently for a year), and will be starting Med-School this upcoming semester. I'm looking to create a regimine very similar to yours (aka a base stack taken daily and an advanced stack leading up to exams)

I'm interested in your experiences and some input with some of the nootropics you use. If this is not the place I can PM you instead.

Mainly I'm interested in your experiences with noopept, modafinil, tyrosine and resveratrol.

Have you started with Uridine yet? I read that it seems to work exceptionally well with CDP Choline and DHA.

Thanks alot, and I appreciate any imput you can offer.
