My aim is to live longer, healthier and to boost mental power.

This regime don't seem to be much if I compare with outer fox here but you must start somewhere. So do you guys think that I am missing something obvious?

Alpha lipoic acid
Acetyl L Carnitine
Asian gingsen (many seems to use russian here but does it matter)
D-vitamin (during winter since I am living in Sweden)

What's your diet like? That's probably the most important thing.

What's your diet like? That's probably the most important thing.


Breakfest -> Oat cereal, milk and apple marmalade; and many cups of café
Meat -> it vary between fish and red meat
Fruit and vegetable -> Vary but generally i buy a bag of frozen vegetables with green pea, carrot, broccoli i generally don't like it but i do it for the vitamins.
The rest is -> Bread, cheese and potatoes or pasta.

Something i have been thinking about adding is an egg every morning.
