So, you're really asking if we can optimize your choices for CR. It's all an experiment and while we know you'll get better health and health metrics from CR, we don't yet know for sure that CR will extend lifespan. It's a gamble based on evidence like the seventh day Adventists studies and maybe the elder Okinawan experience (Post WWII) along with a large number of animal experiments. The truth is that since humans live around 100 - 120 years, there hasn't been enough time to prove the assertion in humans. The people in the CR Society practicing for the longest time have been doing it for around 20 years so far. The results are generally pretty good so far. If you will accept a wild ass guess based on little evidence then I'd suggest that Low Reasonable BMI would be 18 and danger zone around under 16 - 17 if being ultra careful with diet composition.
