I try to avoid all fish oil and fish because of how highly prone to oxidation the short chain omega-3 fatty acids in it are and the semi-permanent anti-inflammatory effect they exert,
and fish altogether for many other modern reasons,

I am vegetarian, and I don't believe I consume nearly enough of Omega-3 in my diet, it just does not come from anywhere, because I don't eat nuts or seeds(full of anti-nutrients and allergenic compounds and lecithin, overall useless food, especially when they lie around in store for a while, even when peeled, freshly picked hazelnuts for example while still soft and fresh seem to digest much much better!),

All I eat that has at least some amounts of fat in it is Quinoa, a few teaspoons of Olive Oil(leaning towards Avocado Oil though as substitute), and sometimes minimal amounts of Goat Butter and Red Lentils

My QUESTION is, Will 1-gram of Fish Oil a Day really be beneficial to me, or will it just gets oxidized and exert even more stress on the body ? I managed to find Fish Oil with Rosemary Oil in it, and I can take it with 2mg of Astaxanthin to maximize antioxidant intake with it and try to somewhat mimic fish oil formulation as it is found naturally in fish

1) What is the Best time to take this Fish Oil to make it as bio-available as possible and prevent oxidization due to contact with stomach acid or something else, is it Together with a good meal, is it on empty stomach with a glass of water or SOMETHING ELSE ?

I searched far and wide and I was still unable to find a definite conclusive answer to this...

Maybe, it is better to take fish oil with Astaxanthin and just a Cup of Freshly squeezed juice from an apple, beet, and something else, because it will then dilute stomach acid and wont cause a reflex to produce more stomach acid, and then it will shuttle the fish oil safely into the smaller intestine and prevent it from sitting around in the stomach and get oxidized as it SURELY WOULD if you Would take it with a Good Meal !

Any help on this will be welcomed, thanks

(Btw, Olive Oil feels much worse than Avocado Oil when consumed side by side, maybe because of Avocado's oil higher Vitamin E and Lecithin content, maybe it's something else, but Avocado Oil seems to be a better choice after all, unless there is something else out there ? )

If you are not prone to anxiety or stomach/gut issue I think that one or two grams of 75 EPA/25DHA% could be benificial but there is nothing really necessary
