I am completely and utterly blown away by this nootropic, its honestly the only nootropic that worked for me. I felt so confident with it, its really unexplainable. HOWEVER theres one thing I disliked about it, I am usually a chatterbug and quiet the joker, but with it, I was completely silent and just did not feel like socialising or anything. Its quiet mesmerizing how it heightened my senses but killed my need to socialize.

I dont plan on stopping it, honestly its the best nootropic I ever tried, its the only one that really worked for me, but I just dont want to feel like I am dead on the inside, is there any way to counter attack this side effect? Any supplement?

how long have you taken it for? Usually all those great feelings fade away pretty fast.

less than a week, does that mean that the bad feelings will fade away too? I took it because apparently its really good for engineering students for memory recall, I did not expect confidence and an emotional death.

I suppose everyone is different, my experience with with pram was very similar to what you describe, for me it faded very fast. I stopped taking it after two weeks. I would imagine the negative side effects would diminish pretty fast. Hopefully some other forum members will post more useful advice, but basically I only use phenylpiracetam (which for me was a little stronger than pram) once in awhile to get a little boost.

Pramiracetam is good for logical thought and for avoiding the distraction of emotions. It makes you into a Vulcan: no emotions, all logic. Most humans find it hard to live this way, as they are feeble and rely on emotion for motivation. We Vulcans know otherwise.

Pramiracetam was no good for me. It gave amazing effects that I loved for a day or two. I loved the emotional bluntness.... but tolerance builds really really fast. I don't mean the effects become less overt. They just go away completely. Sad that it has no practical long-term use, imo.

No, I don't take it routinely, and never have. It's fine for occasional use, if you've got a task that requires no "affective intelligence". Maybe it would be great for computer programming. I've occasionally stacked it with noopept or with aniracetam. Some racetams make me too flighty, and stacking with pramiracetam can counter that. Prami is one of the only nootropics that dampens the tinnitus-like high-pitched ringing in my ears that is caused by aniracetam and a few other nootropics. Sunifiram also dampens the tinnitus, and sometimes even eliminates it. I think there might be some common receptor activity of pramiracetam and sunifiram, though the latter is much nicer to take on a regular basis (when it works). None of these nootropics seem to be able to overcome habituation. Every single nootropic I've tried has been great for between one week and one month, and then my brain adapts, rewires itself, whatever, and they never work again like they did the first time, or if they do, they work for a day or at most two days.
