I just purchased, Aniracetam, Theanine, Coluracetam, Citicoline, Noopept, Bacopa & Mucuna from PC. Bought the 0.01 Scale & EZ Quik capsule kit (00) & tamper.

 

What is the volume weight of creatine monohydrate & taurine powder?

Since those are the two powders I have to use as fillers.

 

Can I use my nutribullet blender to blend the filler & mix or do I need to use a mortar and pestle?

Alright so I spent like 3 hours trying to get data and I think my method was wrong :( , so someone please critique...

 

I measured the powders into 00 caps, filled them, without using the tamper (I think I went wrong here).

I would fill 50, then empty into a container and measure and take the average of a few tries.

 

All 00 size capsules:

L-Theanine = 233mg/per 00

Bacopa = 255mg/per

Citicoline = 236mg/per

Aniracetam = 288mg/per

Mucuna = 318mg/per

Noopept = 244mg/per

 

Those numbers seem ridiculously low for a 00 size capsule....

 

Should I redo it? but this time, do 5 capsules for time constraint.

Use the tamper to fill the capsules to maximum, then repeat the measuring process to get the max amount per cap?

How hard should I push down with the tamper?
