A pain-reliever that works against headaches as well as acute back, muscle and joint pain. Low-dose Aspirin™ is also used during suspected heart attack to help reduce damage to the heart, and as cornerstone therapy for reducing risk of recurrent CV events, specifically, heart attack and ischemic stroke.
Aspirin is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain from conditions such as muscle aches, toothaches, common cold, and headaches. It may also be used to reduce pain and swelling in conditions such as arthritis. Aspirin is known as a salicylate and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). (from Publix)
Alternatives: Resveratrol and Turmeric has been proven to reduce or eliminate pain better than leading prescription medications. From a 2004 study
"Overall these results indicate that aspirin and ibuprofen are least potent, while resveratrol, curcumin, celecoxib, and tamoxifen are the most potent anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative agents of those we studied."
Curcumin is the active ingredient in and what gives Turmeric that awesome yellow color.
Wintergreen and or Lavender essential oils, combined with coconut oil, should be rubbed in near the site of the pain.  If Medical Marijuana or Kratom are legal where you live they can be great options for pain management.
Aspirin and Aleve are also hard on the kidneys, so if you've used them a lot it's a good idea to tonify your kidneys with Schisandra Chinensis.
